Privacy Policy

Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how PassionFlower Marketing, LLC ("Songsi") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Songsi websites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services").
Eligibility and Children's Privacy
Songsi is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years old. The Services, paid song requests, boosts, tips, dedications, artist payouts, and booking features are not directed to children under 18, and Songsi does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us through Songsi's designated privacy channel.
Information We Collect
Account information. Name, email address, password credentials, role (fan, artist, business), and profile details you provide.
Artist and business information. Stage names, bios, photos, catalogs, pricing, availability, venue details, and other content you submit to your profile.
Transaction information. When you submit a paid request, boost, tip, dedication, or booking, our payment processors (including Stripe) collect payment details. Songsi receives transaction metadata such as amount, item, timestamp, and status, but does not receive full card numbers.
Usage information. Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the Services, including request activity and session events.
Communications. Messages you send to Songsi support, artists, or businesses through the Services.
How We Use Information
To operate the Services, deliver paid requests and bookings to the correct artist, process payments and payouts, personalize discovery, provide customer support, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and the Services.
User-Generated Content and Promotional Consent
You retain ownership of the content you upload. Songsi processes User Content under a limited operating license — solely to host, store, index, and display it inside the Services — as described in the Terms of Use and the User-Generated Content & Content Ownership policy.
Songsi does not use your User Content in paid advertising or external marketing without your separate affirmative consent for each specific piece of content. When you grant that consent, Songsi stores a consent record containing the content type and identifier, your user ID, the scope you approved, the timestamp, and the current status. You can review and revoke consent at any time in Settings → Promotional Consents.
When you submit a report about content or another user, or when another user reports content that Songsi attributes to you, Songsi processes the report, the target information, and any moderation action taken for safety, integrity, and audit purposes. If you block another user, Songsi stores the block relationship to enforce it. Blocks and reports are visible to Songsi administrators and to the parties involved as needed to operate the workflow.
How We Share Information
With artists and businesses. When you submit a request, boost, tip, or booking, relevant information (such as your display name and message) is shown to the receiving artist or business.
With service providers. Including cloud hosting, database and authentication providers, payment processors, analytics, and communication tools that act on our behalf.
For legal reasons. To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Analytics
Songsi uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Fraud Prevention and Account Integrity
To protect the platform, our users, and participating Artists and businesses, Songsi uses a limited set of first-party signals to detect fake accounts, duplicate profiles, promotional-credit abuse, payment abuse, artificial boosting, fake Artist engagement, and manipulation of Songsi queues or analytics. These signals may include:
- Verified email address and, where present, verified phone number.
- Account creation and sign-in patterns, including velocity of new signups.
- Coarse network information (for example, a truncated IP prefix such as an IPv4 /24) and general session context such as browser family and time zone. Songsi does not store your full IP address for this purpose and does not use persistent cross-app device fingerprinting.
- Non-reversible hashes derived from the above and from your phone number, computed with a Songsi-controlled secret solely for match-checking within Songsi.
- Payment-method reuse signals returned by our payment processor (for example, Stripe card fingerprints) that let us detect when the same card is being used across multiple accounts. Songsi does not receive full card numbers.
- Promotional redemption history, request/boost/tip activity patterns, and repeated account deletion or recreation.
Songsi uses these signals only for security, fraud prevention, account integrity, promotional-abuse prevention, and platform integrity. Songsi does not use these signals for advertising targeting and does not sell or share them with advertisers.
Songsi combines multiple signals to produce an internal risk assessment. A single signal — for example, sharing a household, venue, or community Wi-Fi network with another user — does not by itself cause an account to be restricted. Higher-risk accounts are routed to an internal Admin Fraud Review queue, where a Songsi administrator can approve, deny promotional eligibility, suspend, or clear a flag. Songsi may hold or deny a promotional credit when fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.
Access to fraud-prevention data is restricted to authorized Songsi administrators. Fraud-signal records are retained no longer than reasonably necessary for these purposes (currently up to 180 days for event-level signals), and audit records of decisions are retained for a longer period as required for compliance and dispute handling.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Choices and Rights
You may access, update, or delete certain account information through your Songsi account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or portability, or to object to certain processing. Contact us through Songsi's designated privacy channel to exercise these rights.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Users
Songsi is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, information about you may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means.

Privacy questions may be sent through Songsi's designated privacy contact channel.
