About Songsi

Songsi is an interactive music engagement, artist discovery, booking, and technology platform.

Songsi provides tools that allow users to participate in music experiences through paid song requests, song boosts, dedications, tips, artist discovery, artist booking, and other interactive features.

Live Artist Performances

Songsi does not stream or transmit music as part of the Songsi Live experience.

During a Songsi Live session, participating artists perform music live and independently control their performance.

Artists determine which songs are available for request through their Songsi profile or active Live Session. Available songs may include original works and cover songs performed by the artist.

A paid song request or boost does not guarantee that a song will be performed at a specific time or in a specific order. Artists retain control over their live performance, set, song availability, and performance decisions.

Songsi does not direct, manage, or control an artist’s live performance.

Music Licensing Responsibilities

Venues, bars, restaurants, apartment communities, event operators, businesses, and other locations where music is publicly performed or played are responsible for determining and maintaining any licenses, permissions, or authorizations required for music used at their location.

Songsi does not provide public performance licenses, copyright clearance, or legal advice regarding the use or performance of copyrighted music.

Participation in Songsi does not replace or satisfy any music licensing obligations that may apply to a venue, business, community, event, artist, or other party.

Artist Airplay Integration

Songsi may provide interactive engagement features that connect with approved third-party music or audio services.

Songsi does not represent that a subscription to a consumer music service provides a business or venue with commercial or public performance rights.

Businesses are responsible for ensuring that their music source and playback practices are authorized for their intended commercial or public use.

Availability of third-party integrations may vary and is subject to the applicable provider’s terms, technical requirements, and permissions.

Artist Content and Promotional Materials

Artists are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, publish, distribute, or promote any audio, images, videos, artwork, promotional messages, or other content submitted to Songsi.

Artists may not upload or use content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or entity.

Songsi may remove or restrict content in response to a valid copyright complaint or when Songsi reasonably believes content violates platform policies or applicable law.

Sponsored Artist Promotions

Certain artist promotions may be paid placements.

Paid promotional content may be identified as “Sponsored Artist,” “Sponsored Artist Spotlight,” or with similar disclosure language.

Participation in sponsored promotion does not constitute an endorsement, representation, or guarantee by Songsi regarding an artist, event, venue, or promoted content.

Third-Party Services

Songsi may integrate with or provide links to third-party music, payment, mapping, social media, or technology services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, licensing requirements, and availability.

Songsi does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes to their services, availability, content catalogs, or developer programs.
