Business & Venue Terms

1. Business Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile and for all activity conducted through your business account, including by your staff and authorized users.

Business, Venue, Venue Pro, and Community accounts, and all paid Songsi features, are limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Each account holder and each authorized user of a business account must be 18 or older and must confirm this at signup.

2. Music Licensing Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, obtaining, and maintaining any music, public performance, mechanical, synchronization, or other licenses or authorizations required for music performed, played, streamed, or otherwise used at your location or event. Participation in Songsi does not provide or replace any music license.

3. Live Sessions

If you host or promote a Songsi Live session at your venue, you are responsible for the venue conditions, staffing, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and permits. Songsi does not control artist performances and does not guarantee that any requested song will be performed.

4. Artist Airplay Integrations

Any integration with a third-party music or audio service is subject to that provider's terms and requires that you hold the appropriate commercial or public performance rights for your intended use. A consumer music subscription generally does not provide commercial or public performance rights.

5. Artist Bookings

Bookings made through Songsi are agreements between your Business and the Artist, subject to the Booking Terms. Songsi provides tools to facilitate bookings but is not a party to the underlying performance agreement between you and the Artist.

6. Fees and Payments

Applicable Songsi platform, subscription, or transaction fees are disclosed in your business account or at the time of transaction. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers subject to their terms.

7. Patron Conduct and Content

Patron-submitted messages, dedications, and requests may appear at your venue via Songsi features you enable. You are responsible for moderating content displayed at your location using the moderation tools Songsi provides.

8. Compliance with Law

You will comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, alcohol service, occupancy, noise, ADA/accessibility, tax, and employment laws applicable to your venue and events.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Songsi and its affiliates from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your use of the Services, your operation of your venue or event, or your failure to obtain required music licenses or permits.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate as described in the Terms of Use. Songsi may suspend business access for violations of these Business & Venue Terms.
